Yes, it always happens when someone threatens war; one side starts accusing the other of playing with chemicals. These chemicals of course cannot really exist can they, because all countries in the world worth their salt have banned them? But think on! What's the use of 'nuking' the enemy, destroying all their assets and infrastructure so that when you move in you have to pour billions of roubles into the damn country to get it going again? Much better to use chemicals and gas to destroy everything that breathes leaving utilities, hospitals, airports and military bases undamaged and just waiting for the next bunch of soldiers and politicians to take over. Simples!
